Where are the classes held?
Classes might be held in a private home, private club, church, business, restaurant or school.
We conduct etiquette classes in Virginia and Florida and primarily in Naples, Florida and Charlottesville, VA. However, upon request our school is happy to travel to other locations in Virginia and Florida to conduct etiquette classes.
Can custom training be held in our home?
Holding etiquette classes in your home is a possibility but this is not recommended as the home setting is informal in most cases and offers numerous distractions.
My child has food allergies, is that a problem?
No problem at all. Parents can be confident that the well being of the child is of utmost importance.
Will I be able to observe my child in class?
Parents are invited to attend the final day of class. This is always a greatly anticipated event for the students.
When is full payment expected?
Payment for a class is appreciated two weeks prior to the first class meeting.
Will there be a graduation dinner upon completion of a class?
A multi-course graduation dinner will be held for completion of a course. These dinners are offered several times a year for graduates only.
Do you have classes for adults?
Yes. Adults need to know proper social etiquette and appropriate table manners. Options are available from 3-hour tutorial meals to private group classes.
Does the Southern School of Etiquette offer any classes for social events?
Bridesmaids’ luncheon, birthday parties, sorority gatherings, summer camps, enrichment clubs, conferences – just to name a few options. Proper etiquette is accepted and appreciated regardless of the age, place or circumstances.

Absolutely! What a perfect gift for a bridal party, groom’s party, team event, graduation or any time to show and share the value of etiquette in today’s world.
